Intrinsically Safe keyboards are constructed in a highly rugged, stainless steel case with industrial silicone rubber keypads, ensuring NEMA 4X protection for extremely rugged applications. The keyboards are completely sealed and include optical isolated barriers and bulkhead cables for complete protection in hazardous environments. The intrinsically safe keyboards are certified by Factory Mutual (FM) and have approval for Class I, II, and III, Division I, Groups C, D, E, F, and G hazardous locations.
